Contech Leadership Standards stipulate that we continuously attract, develop and integrate outstanding and diverse talent. Internships are one vehicle to accomplish this. Contech views interns as an investment for the future.

Contech recruits its interns through the Contech University. We strive to make the internship a learning and value added experience for both the intern and the company. As a result, each internship opportunity is as unique as the individual.

Contech offers paid internships to multidimensional, global thinkers who are intent on developing themselves not only in their career goals, but also in life. Opportunities exist for sophomore, junior and senior status college undergraduates. Areas of discipline include, but are not limited to:
Mechanical Engineering
Industrial Manufacturing
Information Technology
Accounting/Finance

Committed interns are a building block for future skills and technology development.

Training internally to obtain practical and theoretical experience, they help grow our technical base bringing new ideas with a fresh outlook and complement the established skills of our senior technical staff. A win-win situation for everyone.

At any one time Contech will have at least ten interns working and another ten attending classes away at school.

Recruiting is a continuous undertaking. We work with 15 schools on a regular basis—some of the best undergrad programs in the country.
