Beginning its life with CONTECH as a steel forging facility, the Clarksville plant has been transformed into a state-of-the-art aluminum die casting facility. CONTECH decided the Clarksville plant
was the ideal place to begin its latest technological journey with the High-QCasting ® process and the P2000V™ process.

Clarksville produces rack and pinion housings as well as suspension and transmission components. Because it is one of our newer facilities, both Lean and Six Sigma have been an integral part of the workplace culture from early on. Automated process inspection, fully automated die cast cells, and automated process compliance, CNC machining and component assembly all contribute to its world-class technology status.
