Using proprietary P2000H™ high-pressure die cast machines, the Pierceton facility casts safety critical knuckles and suspension links, axle components, and engine components. Approximately 70 percent of these parts are machined at Pierceton. Pierceton utilizes their Black and Green Belts with their Six Sigma methodology and their Lean Manufacturing trained employees to drive innovation and initiate purposeful change.
