• Provides Product with mechanical properties exceeding those that can be obtained by traditional HDPC Heat treatable

High Q Cast

Thintech High Vacuum

• Variant of the enhanced HPDC process that is capable of producing high integrity, thin walled components (2 to 4mm) that are both heat treatable and weldable.

•  Exhibits very low levels of entrapped gas, which allows subsequent processing that until now was not compatible with high pressure die castings. More»

High Pressure Die Casting

Enhanced High Pressure Die Casting

•   Process that is capable of producing pressure-tight, highly complex castings for a wide variety of applications.

•  Use of vacuum to evacuate the mold of entrapped air prior to filling greatly reduces the occurrence of gas porosity.

•  The use of completely automated process control and monitoring, spray application, and part extraction assures a repeatable and reliable process. More»
